2. Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable under all circumstances:
- Custom‑Printed Garments: Products manufactured, printed, or tailored according to customer specifications (including logos, names, designs, or personalized artwork).
- Special Export Orders: Garments requiring unique compliance documentation or country‑specific customization.
- Customer‑Induced Damage: Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper storage after delivery.
3. International Considerations
- All custom‑printed garments are produced exclusively for the ordering customer and cannot be resold or re‑exported.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct sizes, designs, and specifications at the time of order placement.
- Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are non‑refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
- No repayment or refund will be provided for dissatisfaction with design, size, or color once the order has been confirmed and processed.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order for custom‑printed garments, customers acknowledge and agree to this No Repayment / No Refund Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all specifications, artwork, and order details before confirming purchase.
